Introduction
Punchbunny, LLC (“Company”, “Punchbunny” or “We”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This privacy notice describes the types of information we collect or that you may provide when you use our game, Meteoroids!, (the “Game”); and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. It is limited to information collected directly through the Game distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and does not apply to information that we collect through other means, such as through our website, other games and apps, or offline. It also does not describe how third parties, such as Apple, process data that they receive through the Game, except to inform you of the Game data that we receive from Apple.

We have built the Game with your privacy in mind. The data that Punchbunny processes through the Game does not include any data by which you may be personally identified by Punchbunny and there is no way, through the Game, that you can provide us with such information. That said, the Game is served by third parties who have access to and collect certain of your information through the Game as further described below.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, or use the Game. By downloading or using this Game you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of this Game after we revise this policy means you accept those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

Children Under the Age of 16
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 16, please contact us at privacy@punchbunny.com.

Information We Collect and How We Collect It
We collect information from and about users of our Game, from two sources:
● You, but only if you directly provide it to us via the privacy@punchbunny.com email or through some other out-of-game mode, as further described below, and
● Third parties.

Information You Provide to Us Directly
If you contact us using the privacy@punchbunny.com email address, we will receive any information that your provide in such communication including the email address that you use to contact us. As this information is collected outside of the Game our processing of that data is governed by our website privacy policy which you can find here.

Information Collected Automatically When You Use Our Game
When you download, access, and use the Game, Apple, Google and Unity may use information collection technologies to automatically collect information about your usage of the Game including: certain details of your access to and use of the Game including traffic data, logs, in-app purchases, communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Game, your device’s operating system type, language, BGM/SE volume settings, browser type (where applicable), the website you visited before browsing to our Service (where applicable), items you viewed, how long you spent on a particular item, mobile device IDs, access times, status of game progress, status of unlocked achievements, completed quests. All processing of any data that third parties collect through the Game is governed by their respective privacy policies.

We do not receive or store this data. If you purchased the Game from the App store for an Apple device, your game play data is stored in your iCloud account storage to sync your game progress across devices. If you are signed into Game Center on your Apple device, Apple will receive your gameplay activity, including achievements. If you purchased the Game from the Google Play Store, your game play data is stored on Google’s servers and Google will receive your gameplay activity, including achievements.

Game-Related Information We Receive From Third Parties
We receive aggregated user data related to the Game in the form of statistics and analytics information from Apple, Google and Unity.

We receive user achievements and leaderboard information from Apple and Google.

Information Collection Technologies
We do not use information collection technologies within the Game; however third parties may use these technologies.

How We Use Your Information
We use information the aggregated user data that we receive from Google, Unity and Apple to improve and optimize the Game and user’s experience.

Disclosure of Your Information
We don’t have access to, and therefore do not disclose, any of your personally identifiable information through the Game. We may disclose the aggregated information that we receive from Apple, and information that does not identify any individual or device without restriction.

Where, How and How Long We Store Your Information
We do not store your personally identifiable information. Any personally identifiable information about you that a third party collects through the Game is stored in accordance with their privacy policy.

Your Rights and Choices
Data Protection Rights
The laws of the European Economic Area and other territories provide their residents with certain data protection rights. If you are resident of the European Economic Area, these are your rights:

● The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data. You may be charged a small fee for this service.

● The right to rectification – You have the right to request that any information you believe is inaccurate be corrected. You also have the right to request that information you believe is incomplete be completed.

● The right to be forgotten – You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data, under certain conditions.

● The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted, under certain conditions.

● The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

● The right to data portability – You have the right to request the transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

As mentioned above, we do not collect your personal data, therefore we cannot assist you with any requests you may have to provide it to you or to erase it, as we do not possess it. However if you would like to exercise your rights with respect any personal data that a third party collected you may contact that third party directly. See below for more information about the third parties who have access to your information through the Game.

Additional Data Choices
This section describes mechanisms by which you can control certain uses and disclosures of over your information.

● iCloud and Game Center. You may decline to store data in iCloud or to send data to Game Center. To turn off iCloud data storage, you must turn off iCloud in Apple Settings for our game. As a result, you will only be able to play in single player offline mode. To stop sending data to Game Center, you must sign out of Game Center in Apple Settings.
● Google Play. You may decline to sign into Google Play when you play the Game. Doing so will result in changes to your user experience. For example, you may not have access to leaderboards and your achievements may not be backed up.

As mentioned above, when you use the Game, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device.
